Warm-weather care
PROTEDY has passed a warm-shipping stability assessment, but gummies can still soften when left in high heat. Do not leave a delivered parcel in direct sun. If the gummies arrive warm, bring the sealed bottle to room temperature before opening.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows a problem, your parcel arrives damaged or the product cannot recover after cooling, email hello@protedy.com within seven days with your order number and photos.
Outside the contiguous US
Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations are not included in the first launch area.
