First-bottle promise
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. On your first order, we will refund one opened bottle per household if the taste or format is not right for you. We may ask for brief feedback so we can understand what went wrong.
Unopened products
Unopened, sealed bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Report damage, leakage, heat damage that does not recover or an incorrect item within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will replace the affected product or issue a refund.
Product safety
Stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience a concerning reaction. Contact us with the order number, lot code and details so the concern can be recorded and reviewed.
